I begin the next 4-part series of the show with a guest who needs little introduction within the fitness/nutrition industry: Dr. Stuart Phillips from McMaster University. Dr. Stuart has arguably done more research on protein and the intersection of exercise with its use than anyone else I know. We kick off the series with a primer of sorts and start building the foundation for the following three episodes together.
