As I approached my 50th birthday, I realized I had to make some changes in my life. I wasn’t over weight per se, but needed to tone up the body and start to eat better. I had to make a decision. Continue what I had been doing, or make the call, and try to make some major changes in my lifestyle. I am here to say, I am glad I made the call. I wasn’t sure in the beginning, as my body was having a difficult time adjusting. As time went by, and I started to eat a better diet, I found that it wasn’t so bad. I could go through a rigorous set of exercises and feel good the next day. I appreciate the patience and knowledge that you have extended me, and I hope that I can continue to keep my body as healthy as possible. Only time will tell if I can stay motivated enough, but I at least have the tools necessary to continue a good workout and eat properly. Thanks for everything.
